The inspiration behind the Metauthor Experience Centre is rooted in the desire to elevate art through the spirit of humanistic style, creating a spatial landscape that rhythmically mirrors life. The design's unique properties lie in its harmonious blend of materials and spirits, classical beauty, and contemporary art. This intimate mixture allows the design to unfold the dimensions of its heart and soul.
The realization of the design is a testament to Lin's innovative approach. The entrance hall is a mix of natural texture and exquisite art, with gold drips like water and black vertical lines stretching upwards. The wooden palisade arranges the different density of space, retaining both the element of magnificence and the natural and simple aesthetic charm.
The design's interaction is another unique feature. The beige tone that presents lightness and warmth, the temperament showcased by the gray tone, and the modern furniture, along with regularities and irregularities featuring points, lines, and planes, nurture a tacit understanding and interaction amid tilted sunlight. This creates a modern poetics featuring harmony and nature.
The project, completed in October 2018, was driven by a deep understanding of contemporary art's transcendence and its harmony with traditional Chinese humanistic aesthetics. The design challenges were met by giving play to the exquisite taste of contemporary art aesthetics, creating a spatial landscape of the rhythm of life.
The Metauthor Experience Centre is more than just a design; it is a space where being is born out of non-being, where the traces of being can disappear into infinity. It is a space for viewers to savor each moment of self-content and fulfillment in existence itself. This design demonstrates a radical transcendence in concept expression and the creation of field emotions, radiating the beauty of flexibility and liveliness.
